Plastic hose machines are divided into twin-screw hose machines and single-screw hose machines as well as multi-screw hose machines and non-screw hose machines which are rarely seen.
The difference between the two hose machines is:
Single-screw machine and twin-screw machine: one is a screw, the other is two screws. Both are driven by a motor. The power varies according to the screw. The power of 50-cone twin is about 20KW, 65-cone twin is about 37KW. The output of 50-cone twin is about 100-150KG/H, 65-cone twin is about 200-280KG/H. The volume is only half. Hose machine can be divided into single screw, twin screw and multi screw hose machine according to the number of screws. At present, the single screw hose machine is widely applied, and is suitable for extrusion processing of general materials. Twin-screw hose machine is characterized by less heat generated by friction, more uniform material shearing, larger screw conveying capacity, more stable extrusion volume, long residence in the barrel, and even mixing.
