I. Pressure test

The test pressure of the pressure test shall not exceed 1.5 times of the pressure level of the pipe or the fittings of the lowest pressure level in the system. At the beginning, the pressure should be raised to the prescribed test pressure value and stay for enough time to ensure the full expansion of the pipe. When the system is stable, the pressure should be increased to 1.5 times the working pressure, stabilized for 1 hour, carefully observe the pressure gauge, and inspect along the line.
II. Water tightness test
PVC STEEL WIRE HOSE MACHINE has better water-tightness performance than traditional pipes. The test pressure of water tightness test does not exceed 1.5 times of the pipe pressure grade or the lowest pressure grade of fittings in the system. When the pipe pressure reaches the test pressure, the test medium temperature in the pipeline should be kept in line with the environmental temperature of the pipeline for a certain period of time. When the temperature and pressure are stable, the time should be started. Generally, the water tightness test should be regulated for 24 hours. After the test, if there is no obvious leakage or pressure drop, it will pass the test.
